All athletes enrolled in
monthly training
plans receive the following: Detailed training plans for each
day of the month based on athlete
feedback and the coach's analysis of HRM and power data, weekly email
and phone consultation about training, nutrition, race preparation and
race tactics, equipment, etc., training rides/workouts with your coach.
Advantage
You will normally
receive your training plans in 2-3 week blocks.
The plans will be
updated every 1-2 weeks based on your feedback. Consultation is by
email and/or phone 4-5 times each month.
Use of either a
HRM and/or powermeter is strongly encouraged.
Group workouts and rides with
your coach in the South SF Bay Area and/or at the Hellyer Park
Velodrome will be available occasionally.
$150 per month.

Your training plans will be updated each week as needed. You will be encouraged to provide feedback by email as often as you wish-daily if
desired. Consultation is by email and/or phone up to 2-3
times each week.
The use of a HRM is required, and use of a powermeter
is
strongly encouraged.
Includes monthly group workouts and/or and rides with
your coach in the South SF Bay Area and/or at the Hellyer Park
Velodrome.
Includes bike/position fittings as needed.
$200 per month
Additional services
Bike Fitting: $80
Consultation for training, nutrition, race tactics, etc.: $55 per hour
